This, as the name suggests, was the second LAIBA special edition focusing this time on Italian-born mixologist Andrea Gualdi, Head bartender and creative director of Australia's No.1 bar. Maybe Sammy is Gualdi's vision of an ideal bar, capturing early 60's Las Vegas and the charm and style of the So-called 'Rat pack, whilst not a Sammy's special edition, this project had to capture Gualdi's love of the era.
